കേരളത്തിന് ദുരിത കാലമോ ?? മഴയുടെ ക്രൂരമായ മുഖം കുറച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങളായിട്ടു നാം തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ് . സത്യത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രളയമുണ്ടായപ്പോൾ മാത്രമാണ് നമ്മൾ ഇതിനെപ്പറ്റിയും നഷ് ‌ ടങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും ചിന്തിയ്ക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയത് . ഇതിനു മുൻപ് ചെന്നൈയിലും ഹിമാചൽ പ്രദേശിലും മഴക്കെടുതികൾ ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ അകലെ നിന്ന് കണ്ടു നാം നമ്മുടെ സങ്കടങ്ങൾ അറിയിച്ചു . അപ്പോഴൊന്നും നമ്മുടെ പാർപ്പിടത്തെക്കുറിച്ചോ സമ്പദ്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ചിന്ധിച്ചില്ല . ദിവസവും കിടന്നുറങ്ങു്ന്ന നമ്മളുടെ വീടിനെപ്പറ്റി   ചിന്തിച്ചില്ല . ഒരു മനുഷ്യന് അത്യാവശ്യം വേണ്ട മൂന്നു കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് താമസം , ഭക്ഷണം , വസ്ത്രം .2018  ആഗസ്റ്റിൽ   കേരളത്തിനെ ബാധിച്ച മഴക്കെടുത്തഗിയിലൂടെ മഴക്കെടുതിയുടെ കാഠിന്യം എല്ലാവരും തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞതാണ് . പലർക്കും അവരുടെ പാർപ്പിടങ്ങൾ നഷ് ‌ ടപ്പെട്ടു , പാർപ്പിടങ്ങളോട് കൂടി അവരുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട പല സമ്പാദ്യങ്ങളും .     ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള സന്ദർഭങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമേ നമ്മുടെ വീടിന്റെ സുരക്ഷയെപ്പറ്റി ആലോചിക്കുകയുള്ളു . മഴക്കെടുതിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ വീടുവീടുകളും തകരുന്നത
